Shipping policy

Local delivery.

When you checkout, depending on your shipping address, you will be offered the option of local shipping. Local delivery is determined based on your postal code. If your postal code is on our list, you will be eligible.

Our deadlines for local delivery are between 1 to 3 working days. If you order on Friday or during the weekend, your order will be delivered to you either on Monday or Tuesday. On the other hand, your order may be delivered to you during the weekend.

Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Delivery by a delivery provider.

Your orders will be shipped by a delivery provider such as Canada Post, Fedex, UPS etc. We always send your orders by expedited parcel which is 3 to 8 business days.

You will receive updates from Canada Post regarding the progress of your order.

Order processing.

When you make a purchase on our website, we are automatically notified. We process orders in most cases within hours or the next day upon opening. To put you in context, here is an example:

purchase made on Wednesday at 1:00 pm.

In the hours that follow we process your order. Fulfilling an order involves packaging the product and printing a delivery label.

Once these two steps are complete, your order is set aside with the rest of the orders ready for delivery. The next day, a member of our team will bring the orders to the delivery providers and your order is ready to be delivered to you.
