GUARANTEE, RETURNS AND REFUND
We do offer a 30-day warranty throughout North America.
If a request is sent within 30 days of purchase, will only replace your composite, player or goalie stick if it is damaged due to a manufacturing defect. To process your request, requires the original receipt / invoice, in addition to the white serial number sticker affixed to the original receipt / invoice.
Handwritten receipts / invoices or credit card statements will not be accepted. Please keep a photocopy of your receipt / invoice for your personal records. Warranty claims will not be processed without this information.

RETURN AND REFUND.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Items for which return is not authorized:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your original credit card or payment method is credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven't received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as the official display of your refund may take a shortly.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotion items (if applicable).
Only normal priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at email@example.com .
Gift. < / b>
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient origin of the gift was sent the order in order to give it to you later, it is to her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.Shipping

The shipping costs related to the you are responsible for returning your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you ship an item over $ 75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
